Beads are small decorative and colorful beads. Manjooq is pronounced as Zam Mim and Fateh Mim. Beaded embroidery is one of the traditional Iranian embroidery that has been used to decorate all kinds of clothes, tents, etc. Bead embroidery on fabric is one of the traditional arts and one of the easiest ways to decorate all kinds of gowns, mantles and art panels, which can be done in a variety of ways.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The sewing of beads on the fabric has the ultimate beauty in the fabric. Sparkling beads bring a shine and dimension to the fabric that is unique. Embroidery basically means sewing beads on fabric with beautiful patterns. This embroidery is done with beads of different sizes and shapes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">History of beadwork<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Beadwork has a very ancient history. The remaining historical works indicate that this embroidery was very popular during the Achaemenid, Parthian and Sassanid periods. They used to decorate clothes and tents with jeweled beads. During the time of the Mongols, this art was very common. Clavijo [1] wrote about this in his travelogue: &#8220;The walls of the palace where His Highness sat were all covered with red curtains, and on these curtains were beads of gold and rubies, as well as pearls and stones. Other precious things were sewn. This art in the 13th century. AH (Qajar era) was very important; A huge collection of bead embroidery of this period is available in the Museum of Decorative Arts of Iran, which is proof of this.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Teaching needlework<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Types of sewing\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Linear method:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> A row of beads is sewn on a continuous line.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Topor method:<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> \u00a0rows of beads are sewn together on a wide surface.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Leaf embroidery:<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> \u00a0The direction of sewing leaves is twill.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Fasten embroidery:<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> \u00a0This type of embroidery is used to sew panels, and it is one of the methods that is also used in the linear method. In this method, two needles and threads are used, one for threading the beads and the other for fastening on the thread through which the bead passes. This method does not have high strength.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Re-embroidery:<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> \u00a0In this method, the beads are sewn to the fabric twice. First, four beads are attached to a needle, they are inserted into the cloth, and from behind the cloth, the needle is taken out from the middle of them and passed through the last two beads for the second time.
